Born June 20, 1958, in Norwalk, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Carol (Gustafson) Nelson, and had lived in Winsted for the past 10 years. In addition to her husband of 18 years, she leaves two children, a son, Re’Jean Andre’ Cayer and a daughter, Christine Lynn Cayer both of Winsted.
