Lilly Blanch Leach, 90, of Westminster, died Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the Dove House. Born April 21, 1926 in Capitol Heights, MD, she was the daughter of the late Mary Jane Simmons Windsor and Elmer N. Windsor. She was the wife of the late James William Leach, Sr.
She was a homemaker, enjoyed spending time with her family and was an avid Orioles fan. She was a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship Church since 1993.
She is survived by children and spouses Dorothy Viola Hopfer of New Market, John T. Leach and wife Shirley of Kissimee, FL, Elmer N. Leach and wife Edna of Frost Proof, FL, George R. Leach and wife Pauline of Frederick, Mary J. Leach of Westminster and Evelyn M. Kilgore of Westminster, foster children whom she raised; Patricia M. Kisner of Hagerstown and Dane Cooper of Gaithersburg. Also survived by 99 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and her dog Taco.
She was predeceased by a son James W. Leach, Jr., foster son Dean Cooper, 2 sisters and a brother.
