Lillian Alice Pearl Walton Scott, 88, of Idaho Falls, passed away at her daughter’s home on March 1, 2013.
Lillian was born September 7, 1924, in Onida, South Dakota to Clarence Sylvester Walton and Ora Valentine Lentz Walton. She grew up and attended various schools in South Dakota and Spirit Lake, Iowa. During World War II, Lillian worked in California making insinuator bombs and bullets for the men in the war.
On August 11, 1948 she married Virgil Duwitt Scott in Rigby, Idaho. She was his one and only love. Virgil & Lillian built their own home in Rigby, Idaho and then started having children, five girls to be exact. Lillian also lived in Blackfoot for nine years, and Shelley, Idaho for twelve years. Lillian worked as a homemaker. Virgil passed away August 14, 2001.
