Lillian M. Miller, 90, Deming resident passed away Thursday, May 25, 2017 peacefully at Mimbres Memorial Hospital.
Lillian was born June 26, 1926 in Wenona, Illinois to Nicholas Stager and Lillian Moss. She married Verlin W. Miller in 1972 in Aduwa, Illinois. Together they began a small trucking company which they ran for many years. They then moved in 1992 to begin a new life in Deming. Lillian was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Motor Home Association.
Survivors include her husband, Verlin, of the home, 2 sons, William “Bill” and Wayne Howell; a step-daughter, Myra Schull; brother, Gerald Stager; 2 sisters, Doris and Geraldine and 2 grandchildren.
Preceding her in death are her parents Nicholas and Lillian and a brother Melvin Stager.
