Lillian M. Kalwaitis (nee Crawford) of Springfield Township, died Tuesday, November 1ST, at the Samaritan Inpatient Hospice in Mt. Holly, she was 90 years of age. Born in Lancaster, PA on August 6, 1921, she was the daughter of the late William and Clara (nee Hummel) Crawford.
A homemaker for most of her life, Lillian had been a member of the “Turners” in Riverside. In her spare time she enjoyed reading, watching her soap operas and taking trips to Cape Cod. Wife of the late Charles Kalwaitis, who died in 1998, she is survived by her two sons and daughter in law: Daniel Kalwaitis of Haddonfield, and Bruce (Karen) Kalwaitis of Springfield Township. Lillian is also survived by her three sisters; Claire of Roebling, NJ, Marge of California, and Emily of Beverly, NJ.
