Waterbury – Mrs. Lillian H. (Sullo) Clarkson, age 69, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully in the VITAS Unit at St. Mary’s Hospital on Thursday September 18, 2014. She was the widow of Harley R. Clarkson.
Mrs. Clarkson was born in New York City, New York on November 15, 1944 a daughter of the late Arthur and Julia (Corbett) Sullo. She worked for many years as a retail demonstrator for various companies. Lillian enjoyed cooking, crossword puzzles, traveling, and going to the beach. She was a truly loving and devoted Mother and Sister.
Mrs. Clarkson is survived by a daughter: Lee Ann Clarkson of Waterbury, two sisters: Kim Sullo-Hallock of Danbury and Julie Micone of Falls Brook, CA., two brothers: Arthur Sullo of Key West, FL and Brian Sullo of Redding and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother: Kenneth Sullo.
