She was born on March 4, 1917 in Martinsburg, WV to the late Elmer and Effie Kees. Mrs. Henley was a homemaker who enjoyed dancing, crossword puzzles, and drawing with pencil, pen and ink. She was a Jehovah Witness. Mrs. Henley is survived by her husband of 55 years, Gilbert L. Henley, her sons; Gary Henley of Pasadena, Gilbert Henley, Jr. of Pasadena, Robert Taylor of WV, and Bill Taylor of the Eastern Shore, her daughters-in-law, 13 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Bud Taylor, her daughter Nikki F. Taylor, her brothers; Joe, Walter and Howard Kees, and her sister Mary Kees.
