Mrs. Bent is survived by her son, Leroy F. and wife Bonnie Bent, Daytona Beach; daughter, Martha Neville, Pinole, California; cousin, Wallace Bent, New Smyrna Beach; son-in-law James W. Midelis, Ft. Pierce; nine grandchildren, David and Jonathan Gerlach, Rachel Ward, Summer Lewis, Joshua and Jennifer Bent, Elisha Bishop, Jimmy and Scottt Midelis; thirteen great-grandchildren, Brian, Alison, Noah, Caroline, Jeremy, Kevin, Sierra, Chris, Jewel, Christopher, James, Michael and Isabella. Mrs. Bent is preceded in death by her husband, Leroy; daughter, Gay Midelis; and brother, Pidge Carter.
