She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Emitt and Fern Robbins, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Barton.A native of Franklin Parish, LA, she graduated at Fort Necessity High School, and attended Northwestern College and transferred to LSU, getting her Associates Degree for a LPN. Mechell was a LPN for 26 years. She was a loving daughter, mother, wife, sister, aunt, daughter-in-law; and friend, who will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Left to cherish her memory are her parents, Linda Robbins Roe and Plez W. Roe; her husband, Kerry J. Najolia; her daughter, Kayleigh E. (Siobhan) Dempsey; her son, Kaleb I. Pepiton; her brother, Ronnie (Liz) Barton; mother-in-law, Flo Najolia; a host of nieces and nephews; and many friends..
