Lewis J. Pearsall, age 91, born Saturday, December 27, 1930 and passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022, surrounded by his family.

Lewis was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He enjoyed music with his family and the Mountainside Jug Band. He played the harmonica and ukulele as well as other instruments and singing. For many years he faithfully sang in the church choir. He was a member of Mountainside United Methodist Church and attended the Montosa Cowboy Camp Meeting.
He grew up in Albuquerque and played the trombone in the High School Band. He also enjoyed ice skating and was part of the Albuquerque Figure Skating Club. He enjoyed fencing and kayaking. He attended UNM and Indiana Technical College.  He was an Eagle Scout and Boy Scout Leader. He served in the US Air Force during the Korean War.       
He owned and operated two family businesses: Cedar Crest Laundromat & Carlisle Paint and Wallpaper. He also worked for Home Base, GTE Lenkurt, Computing and Software Inc (at White Sands Military Base), Reidling Music Co., and Senter Radio and Television. He volunteered at the East Mountain Food Pantry for over 20 years, serving a variety of needs in his community including transporting food boxes in addition to serving on the board of directors. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Winifred Prather Pearsall; and his children, Ann Marie (Doug) Cline, Bob (Sirpa), Caryn (Bryan) Cook, and Laura Krout. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren. and two great-grandchildren on the way.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Marilyn Nevans.
