She was born on November 7, 1953 in San Benito, Texas to Antonio M. Garcia & Dolores De La Garza.
She is preceded in death by her father, Antonio M. Garcia.
Leticia is survived by her loving family to cherish her beautiful memory, children, Orlando (Arlem) Rocha & Valerie Rios; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; mother, Dolores Garcia; 5 sisters, Maricela Garcia, Adriana Gonzalez, Ymelda (Andy) Vaughan, Rosanna (Jesus “Chuy”) Aguilera, & Maria Dolores Garcia; 3 brothers, Mario Antonio (Mireya) Garcia, Xavier (Claudia) Garcia, & Aldalberto (Marisol) Garcia, and numerous nieces & nephews.
