He was born May 5, 1932 in Roanoke, Illinois to Milo M. and Ruth (Ulrich) Hostetler. He married Lois A. Huddle on Nov. 24, 1956 in Lancaster, PA, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Beulah Hostetler and one brother, John Hostetler.
