Leslie Warren, 30, of Centralia, passed away Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
She was born February 22, 1990 in Centralia, the daughter of Tracy (Warren) Koch and Chuck Alvey.
In addition to her parents, Tracy Koch and John Marshall of Centralia and Chuck Alvey of Centralia; four daughters: Aubrey, Autumn, Aundrea, all of Centralia and Sophie Aurianna of Salem; her grandparents: Mary Warren of Centralia and Ervin Elliston, Sr. and wife Brenda of Centralia; two brothers: Justin Alvey and wife Ericka and Charles Alvey all of Centralia; two sisters: Megan Alvey and Danielle Jones both of Centralia; two half brothers: Joe Minor of Texas and Ethan Brewster of Centralia; a half sister: Jessica Elliston of Centralia; step sister: Janell Koch of Centralia; special brother: James Finley of Centralia; her extended family members and her two special friends: Ricky Potter and Jason Wills both of Centralia.
She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Ronald Warren, Sr. and her step-father: Jeff Koch, Sr.
