Beloved husband of Bonnie Ripoll Falgout for the past 41 years.
Loving father of Dawn Falgout-Loebig(Bryan), Capt. Wallace Paul Falgout,
and Capt. Brian Joseph Falgout (Shawndell).
Son of the late Leslie Falgout,Sr., and Hon. America Hahn Falgout.
Brother of Randy Charles Falgout, Sr.(Tillie).
Also survived by 6 beloved grandchildren Brittany Joy Falgout, Devin Joseph Falgout, Andrew Leonce Falgout, Brice Paul Falgout, Brielle Ann Falgout, and Brina Marie Falgout, one great grandchild, Liam Garrett Falgout, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
He attended elementary school at St. Maurice, was a 1956 graduate of Holy Cross High School and attended Loyola University.
A native of New Orleans, a resident of St. Bernard for 30 years and a resident of Pearl River since Hurricane Katrina.
He was a former Captain with Bisso Tow Boat Company for 17 years.
a charter member of the Downtown Irish Marching Club.
He was a Crescent River Port Pilot from 1974 to 2001. Served in the Naval Airforce Reserve.
an avid golfer and loved to make wagers.
He was a Shriner of the Jerusalem Shrine Destrahan, LA
