Leslee Marie Paparone, age 61, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2015 at her Wheatfield residence. Leslee was born on February 18, 1954 in Blue Island, IL, the daughter of Donald Edward and Marie Elizabeth (Flassig) Buchwalter. On March 31, 1974, Leslee married James Paparone. She worked as a sales consultant for Home Depot. Leslee was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in DeMotte. She enjoyed being involved in various church activities and volunteering at the DeMotte and Wheatfield Food Pantries. Leslee was quite the crafter extraordinaire and she truly enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews. Leslee is survived by her loving husband of 41 years James; sister, Lauren (Dan) Bilek; brother, Donald (Marcia) Buchwalter of Florida; sisters-in-law, Susan Paperone and Sandi (Howie) Hockenson; nieces and nephews, Donald Buchwalter, Shannon (Robert) Pearson, Stefanie (Jim) Stahl, Rachel (Mark) Mathley; great-nieces and great-nephews, Abigail Pearson, Jack Stahl, Daniel Stahl and Genelle Pearson.
