Monson-Leroy A. Shorette, Jr., âBumpyâ?, 74, of Bogan Road, died Thursday April 24, 2008. Born in Oakland, Maine he has been a longtime resident of Monson. In more recent years he spent the winter months in Florida. Leroy most recently was employed by M&M Paving in Monson. Prior, he owned and operated Kar Tools, Kar Manufacturing which specialized in fiberglass Dune Buggyâs and Leroyâs Atlantic.
