Passed away Monday evening, May 2, 2016 at his home surrounded by his family. LeRoy was born July 6, 1928 in Jackson, MI the son of Harold and Henrietta (Finkelberg) Morlock. He initially worked at Mechanical Products as a machinist. After having four children, he enrolled with the University of Michigan pharmacy program and worked for Walgreens and Rite Aid.

After earning an additional degree in pharmaceutical engineering at U of M, he was able to meld both careers as an industrial pharmacist able to adjust the machinery and tweek formulations for each country in which he worked. He represented Mead Johnson, Merck Sharp and Dohme, Schering-Plough and Upjohn, journeying to Canada, England and Western Europe, Mid-Eastern United States, Central America and every country in South America except two. LeRoy was a member of the National Guard, Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis, Habitat for Humanity and an avid supporter of Right to Life. He was a private pilot owning a Piper Cub and a Piper Chief Cherokee Six.

He was a very capable craftsman who could build or fix anything. He built a Heathkit color TV that lasted for more than 15 years, owned 2 Harleys, made his own ammunition for target practice and hunting, created a darkroom to develop photos, and renovated his own home. On July 2, 1949 he eloped with his sweetheart and loving wife of nearly 67 years, the former Helena Kosmet, who survives him.

Also surviving are his children, Linda (Ernest) Rodgers, Lois (Peter) Jones, Shelley (Maurice) Gisler, Anita Morlock, Joseph Morlock, James Morlock, Steven Morlock, Emily Jarzambek; 25 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Zoe Perkins.
