Leroy Joseph “Bud” Guercio, 90 of Glen Burnie, passed away on January 29, 2021. Bud was born on May 21, 1930 in Baltimore, Maryland. He worked as a maintenance mechanic for Kennecott Copper Company for 25 years.
Bud is survived by his beloved wife of over 68 years, Mary Elizabeth “Betty” Guercio (nee Truffer); his devoted children, Mary Leach and her husband, Henry; Thomas Guercio and his wife, Kim; Janice Callas and her husband, Stalio; his dear sister, Doris Rosson; brother-in-law, Ken Truffer; and sister-in-law, Patricia Ozborn. He is also survived by several grandchildren and spouses, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marie Guercio and brother, Francis “Frank” Guercio.
