LeRonis Ann Wardle (Johnson) passed away on January 4, 2016 at her home in Boise, Idaho with her family by her side. She was born on June 19, 1938 in Weiser, Idaho. She was the only child of her parents, Earl and Hazel Johnson. LeRonis graduated from Boise High School in 1956 and married the love of her life, Herbert Wardle, shortly after in 1957. She worked for the Westberg, McCabe & Collins Law firm as a bookkeeper until she retired in 1990.
After retirement LeRonis and Herbert moved to Cascade, Idaho. They eventually purchased a residence in Lake Havasu, Arizona and spent many years splitting their time between Cascade and Lake Havasu.
LeRonis was a member of Beta Sigma-Phi for over 50 years and also enjoyed participating in several sewing and book clubs throughout her lifetime. LeRonis was an accomplished quilter and made many beautiful pieces. LeRonis also enjoyed bird watching and kept the local birds in Cascade full with her bird feeders. She and Herbert enjoyed travelling and camping with their fifth wheel throughout the United States and played on many golf courses during that time. They also enjoyed taking each of their grandchildren on camping trips in the summer.
LeRonis is survived by her husband Herbert (Boise), son and daughter-in law Todd and Lynette Wardle (Boise), daughter and son in-law Terrie & Mark Koehler (Farr West, Utah.) She is also survived by her four grandchildren, Danielle & Justin Wardle (Boise) and Mitchell & Ali Koehler (Farr West, Utah.) She was preceded in death by both of her parents.
