Leonard T. Schlee, 78, of Williamsport, died Sunday, March 20, 2011, at Jersey Shore ManorCare.
Born Dec. 7, 1932, in Williamsport, he was a son of William and Helen Kilpatrick Schlee. He had worked at H. Warshaw’s and retired from Trimtex. Leonard was a member of Newberry Lions Club and enjoyed bowling and woodworking.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 38 years, Ruth E. (Frantz) Schlee, in 2008.
Surviving are two children, Leonard L. Schlee (Elaine) of South Williamsport and Christy C. Orso (Robert, Jr.) of Centre Hall; step-son, David Eakin of Montgomery; 12 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; five siblings, William Schlee of Delaware, Shirley Hill, Sarah Hill, and Clara Williamson, all of Linden, and June Davis (Frederick) of Jersey Shore.
