Leonard Johnson, 82, of Three Oaks, Michigan, died Monday, December 27, 2004, at his home.
Mr. Johnson was born December 24, 1922, to John and Esther Johnson in Chicago. He served his country as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army during WWII. On November 27, 1954, he married Virginia Glessner in Chicago. Mr. Johnson was employed as a tool & dye maker for Triple C in Baroda, Michigan, retiring in 1998 after 30 years of service. He was a member of the Baroda American Legion. Mr. Johnson attended Harbert Community Church and loved to spend time reading.
Survivors include his children, Barbara Preston of Bridgman, Michigan; William (Lucinda) Jordan of Syracuse, NY; Cushman Jordan of Warren, Ohio; Leonard Johnson Jr., of Big Rapids, Michigan; John Johnson of Lansing, Michigan and Kim Johnson of New Buffalo, Michigan; several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and his brother Allen Johnson of Austin, Texas.
