Frank was preceded in death by father Leonard B Dalton and brother, Hayward Dalton. He is survived by his mother Violet (Norris) Dalton; son Lee Taylor, both of Canton; 3 sisters Faye Dalton, Jean Heard, both of Canton, Patricia Bennett, of Morgantown, WV; 3 brothers Fawnsworth L Dalton, Roger D Dalton, and Woodrow A Dalton, all of Canton.
