Leonard L. Carlson, 68, of rural Tonica, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at home. Mr. Carlson was born October 11, 1947 in Ottawa to Leonard and Frances (Modine) Carlson. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam War. He worked at Precision Coating in Spring Valley. Survivors include his daughter, Amanda Carlson of Oglesby; and two sisters, Lavon (Joe) Tonioni of Naperville and Luann Carlson of Peru. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Linda Carlson.
