Leonard Adams Jr., 58, of Breese, Ill., born October 9, 1948 in Caruthersville, MO., died Sunday, March 18, 2007 at St. Josephs Hospital, Breese, Ill. Leonard was a member of the Teamsters Local 186 in San Bernardino, California, V.F.W. Post 7169 and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District Lodge 751. Leonard was employed as a machinist at Boeing. He also served in the US Marines during the Vietnam War. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard Ruth and Irene Frances, nee Mathenie, Adams.
Leonard is survived by 4 children, Leonard Adams III, Angela (Daniel) Thompson, Katerine Keils, all of Granite City, Ill., Nichole Adams of Monterey, California, a brother Steven Adams of Breese, Ill., 3 sisters, Diane (Phillip) Watson of Granite City, Ill, Theresa Adams of Breese, Ill, Pamela (Roy) Lowe of Idaho, 5 grandchildren. Isabelle Adams, Alexis Keils, Alex Keils, Tyler Thompson, Annaliese Thompson, 3 nieces, 3 nephews and a great niece.
