Leona Jacoby (nee Miller), of Burlington City, died Monday, September 7, 2009 in Georgia, at the age of 90.
Mrs. Jacoby was born in Philadelphia and lived in Burlington since the age of 10. She was a graduate of Wilbur Watts High School. She had worked for several years at the Joseph Titone & Sons knitting mill, in Burlington Township.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. Wife of the late Samuel, she is survived by her two daughters, Nancy Jacoby, and Roberta Ropers and her husband, Robert, her two grandsons, John Samuel Roper and wife, Gretchen, and Jacob Paul Roper, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and other relatives.
