Leon Clement Baker, of Lenoir City, Tennessee, formerly of Maple Grove Township, died on November 22, 2023 at Riverview Rehab Nursing Facility in Detroit, Michigan, at the age of 85.Leon was born on June 14, 1938, in New Lothrop. The son of Charles Baker Sr. and Gertrude Andres. After the 10th grade, Leon joined the United States Army, where he pridefully served his country for 20 years. He served as an infantryman and finished his career working in supply management. He loved to travel and see the world, experiencing all that the world had to offer him.
