Lenora Hinman, 80, of Galien, Michigan, died Friday morning, November 19, 2004, at Jordan’s Nursing Home in Bridgman, Michigan.
Mrs. Hinman was born July 2, 1924, in Three Oaks, Michigan to Arthur and Bessie (Fleck) Zebell Sr. She was a 1942 graduate of Three Oaks High School, and on August 2, 1945, she married Raymond J. Hinman in Three Oaks. Mrs. Hinman was employed at Horness Chair Manufacturing Company in Three Oaks but spent most of her life caring for her family and home. She was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ in Three Oaks and was a member of the church’s Women’s Guild.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond Hinman; sons, Jerry Hinman of Three Oaks and David (Sue) Hinman of Three Rivers, Michigan; grandchildren, Jason Hinman of Chicago; Kelly (Chad) Hinkley of Irvine, California; Jodie Hinman of Three Rivers; and Matt (Danielle) Hinman of Three Rivers; sisters, Florence Harrington of Grand Haven, Michigan and Mildred Hickle of Hebron, Ohio; and her brothers, Arthur Zebell Jr and Raymond Zebell, both of Three Oaks.
She was preceded in death by her brothers Chester Zebell and Delbert “Bud” Zebell.
