Lena B. Townsend of Dallas, Texas was born July 27, 1921 in Odena, Alabama and passed from this life July 10, 2011 in Arlington, Texas 17 days short of her 90th birthday. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband Harold S. Townsend. Lena was a member of the order of the Eastern Star and served as Worthy Matron of the Delta chapter. Lena was a unusually talented lady, being accomplished in many aspects of art. She is survived by a twin brother in La Port, Iowa and many loving friends.
