Lemoine E. Sigler, 81, of Creston, died Friday, April 13, 2018 at Smithville-Western Care Center after a period of declining health.

Lee was born June 9, 1936 in Big Prairie to the late Harry James and Zelpha (Etzweiler) Sigler and retired on May 31, 1998 from International Paper after nearly 40 years of service. He was a wonderful and loving husband, grandfather, great-grandfather and provider. He spent a lot of time hunting, boating, golfing, fishing and camping and was a member of the Moose, Ohio Gun Collectors Assoc. and the NRA.

Surviving are his wife the former Phyllis Jean Garnes who he married on July 7, 1979; children, Keith (Connie) Garnes of Medina, Pam (Mark) Alexander of Marietta, Lee (Faith) Sigler of McZena, Sue (Kim) Rook of Burbank, Keith Sigler of Shreve, Kevin (Pam) Garnes of Brunswick and Shawn (Stephanie) Garnes of Burbank; grandchildren, David, Aaron, Tiffany, Angie, Alicia, LeeAnn, Haylie, Adam, Lacye, Nickolas, Christopher, Dylan, Cameron , Ian and William; great-grandchildren, Shelly, Lyla, Alexa, Vivian, Brentley, Garrett, Noah, Aliyah and Emberlynn; sisters, Bernice Lisle of Wooster, Opal Croskey of Shreve, Bessie Yacapraro of Coshocton, Helen Weltmer of Fredericksburg and Margaret Sigler of Wooster and many nieces and nephews.’

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Anita Middleton Sigler on April 20, 1978, his parents and brothers, Robert, Clifford, Roy, Kenneth, Donald and Howard.
