Leland James Alder, 9, of Iona, was set free from his body on April 23, 2018, at his home. He was under the care of Hands of Hope Hospice and his loving family.
Leland was born June 21, 2008, in Lafayette, Indiana, to Cerene Allen and Benjamin Howland. He was adopted by William Joseph Alder and Alicia Nicolet Alder. At the time of his passing he was attending Summit Hills Elementary.
