Lawrence Tschinkowitz, 60, of Bristol, beloved husband, the past 37 years, of Shirley (Veilleux) Tschinkowitz, died Wednesday, June 18, 2008, at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center.
He was born January 26, 1948 in Hartford, son of the late Simon and Theresa (Peck) Tschinkowitz. A resident of Bristol the past 35 years, he was a U.S. Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. Larry was a salesman for several furniture companies’s the past 25 years. He was a member of St.
Besides his wife, Shirley, he is survived by his loving daughter, Lisa Rogers and her husband, Michael of Bristol; his little buddy, Anthony, his grandson of Bristol; his mother-in-law, Madeline Veilleux of East Windsor; his sister, Barbara Bakulski of Wethersfield; his two brothers-in-law, George Hensel and his wife, Diane of Enfield and David Veilleux and his wife, Debra of Enfield; many nieces and nephews who he loved as his own and many cousins who he loved dearly. He was predeceased by a brother, Simon Fred Tschinkowitz.
