Holden, Lawrence Thomas
On October 25, 2012 Lawrence Thomas “Tommy” Holden passed away at age 79. Mr. Holden served as a cook with the rank of Sergeant in the U.S. Marines during the Korean War and was also a skilled carpenter. He later worked for the State of Maryland as Chief of Maintenance at the Patuxent Prison.
Mr. Holden was the beloved husband of 55 years to Bernadette Holden (nee Wilkens) and was the devoted father of Bernard J. and Michael E. Holden, Elaine H. Gonce, and the late Lawrence T. Holden III. He was the loving grandfather of Heather, Amberlee, Michele, Kayla, and Ricky and was blessed with three great grandchildren, Avery, Asia and Noah.
