Lawrence Hollister Chapman, age 90 of Trussville, AL passed away on December 1, 2017. He was the founder of Business Electronics Corp. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Anglican Church and a long time member of the Cathedral of St. Paul Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Lewis Vorhees Chapman, Sr. and Dorothy Hollister Chapman and his sister, Rosalie Chapman Auburn (Burt). He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Jean Chapman; daughters, Lisa Chapman, Kathy D. Heaton (Gary) and Amy Patterson (Mike); sons, Terry Chapman and John A. Calvert (Angie); sister, Millicent Chapman Gay (Bill); brothers, Lewis Vorhees Chapman, Jr. (Carol), Robert Chapman (Barbara) and Gordon Chapman (Jane); grandchildren, Lucy, Holli and Libby Chapman, Isabella and Micayla Patterson, Micah and Alana Calvert and Caleb Heaton and several nieces and nephews.
