Lawrence “Larry” F. Evans, 75, of East Peoria passed away at 9:11 pm on Monday, September 22, 2014 at Snyder Village, Metamora. He was born on May 5, 1939 in Wayne City, Illinois to Alpha and Nellie (Cox) Evans. He married Grace Louise Allen on August 18, 1956 in Corinth, Mississippi. She survives.
Also surviving are his four daughters Phyllis (Robert) Fisher of Cazenovia, Donna (Robin) Seils of Ballwin, MO, Cathy (Perry) Brant of Bayview Gardens, and Tina (Greg) Pringle of Sparland; six granddaughters; four great-grandchildren; and two sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandson Scottie, and one brother.
Larry was a bottler for Pepsi Cola in Peoria for 21 years and was a parts manager for Jim Hawk Trailers in East Peoria.
