Lauryne Hangsleben, nee Hassebrock, 91, of O’Fallon, IL, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016. Lauryne was born on October 17, 1924 in Okawville, IL. She was a member of the O’Fallon United Church of Christ, and the Shiloh Senior Citizens. She enjoyed gardening with her husband, as well as knitting, crocheting, and cooking for her family.
She was preceded in death by her; husband, Warren Hangsleben, parents, John and Elizabeth Hassebrock, nee Lehde; and her sister Ruth Jung. Lauryne is survived by her son Craig (Julie) Hangsleben of Urbandale, IA, her Sister Lucille Schneider of Shiloh, IL, her grandchildren Mark (Kellie) Hangsleben of Minot, ND, Matt (Nichole) Hangsleben of Athens, OH, and Sarah (Tyler) Wendelboe of Camp Pendleton, CA, her great grandson Flynn Oliver Hangsleben, and many nephews cousins, and friends.
