Laurette V. Davis was born in Wilder, Idaho; on her family’s homestead February 13, 1921 to William Frances (Frank) Wilson & Nellie Kelley Wilson. She attended school in Wilder and graduated in 1939 and continued her education at Links School of Business and Boise State College. She loved learning and would continue taking classes at the College of Idaho. Her career in the tele- communication industry spanned over thirty years; starting as a telephone operator, then working in the business office, and finishing her career as a central office technician in 1983.
Laurette was preceded in death by her husband Dale W. Davis, her brothers Elmer and Arnold Dooms. She is survived by her daughter LeAnn Greer (Robin) Greer, grandson Jon (Karen) Greer, granddaughter Kara Greer, great granddaughters, Riley and Cheyenne Greer. Her brothers & sisters: Elwanda Bales, Delbert Wilson, Daniel Wilson, Lois Marks and Larna Wilson. Many, nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
Laurette’s life was centered in her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
