Laurel A. (Gabrielle) Bednarczyk, 46 of Courtney Lane Hope Valley, RI died peacefully on Monday February 11, 2008 at the Westerly Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. She was the beloved wife of Chester J. Bednarczyk Jr.
Born in Westerly, RI on May 1, 1961 she was the daughter of the late Frank and Gladys (Pishka) Gabrielle.
Laurel was a Bus Driver in the Chariho School district for the Laid Law and First Student Bus Company for many years.
Laurel was an avid gardener and enjoyed making scrap books.
Besides her husband she will be sadly missed by her daughter, Erica Bednarczyk and her nieces, Lyndsay Trahan, Katie Bednarczyk, Ellen Bednarczyk, Rebecca Bednarczyk, and two nephews Taylor Trahan and Josh Bednarczyk. She also leaves her beloved cat Felix. She was predeceased by her sister, Wanda Trahan.
