Laura Elizabeth (Harmon) Ekengren, 92, of Cromwell, CT, wife of the late Ernest A. Ekengren, passed away on Saturday, March 24th at Pilgrim Manor. Born on November 22, 1919 in Saco, ME and a former resident of Beverly, MA, she was the daughter of the late Allie and Grace (Dickinson) Harmon and foster daughter of the late Adney and Laura Fenderson. Laura was a graduate of Saco Elementary Schools, Thornton Academy, and Salem Hospital School of Nursing in Salem, MA.
