Obituary
LaRue H. Fenstermaker, 49, of Route 442 Highway, Muncy, died unexpectedly Friday, June 26, 2008 in the Emergency Room of Muncy Valley Hospital.
Born August 30, 1958 in Muncy, he was the son of the late Herman H. Braim, Jr. and Pearl (Michael) McCarty-Smith.
He was employed at Kurt-Weiss Greenhouses, Washingtonville most recently and had worked at Muncy Homes and earlier with his father at Herman H. Braim and Sons, Turbotville. LaRue enjoyed racing and spent many weekends at the Selinsgrove and Clinton County speedways. He also loved camping with his family and watching football.
Surviving are two children: Tabatha and Cory Fenstermaker and their mother, Debra (Leighow) Fenstermaker, all of Watsontown; his step-mother, Shirley Braim, Turbotville; a sister, Kathy Ann Yeagle of Montgomery; and four brothers: Greg Fenstermaker, Muncy; David Craver, Millville; Marty Braim, Montgomery, and Jeffrey Braim, Turbotville.
A memorial service is being planned by his family and will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Delaware Run Cemetery, Watsontown. In lieu of flowers, contributions to assist the family with expenses will be accepted through Brooks Funeral Home, 207 Broadway Street/PO Box 41, Turbotville, PA 17772.
