Larry W. Cummins, 55, passed away Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Saint Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis following an extended illness.
Larry was born in Muncie on November 3, 1954, the son of Perry and Janice Robertson Cummins, and was a 1974 graduate of Muncie Central High School.
Mr. Cummins was employed for many years with General Motors. He was a member of UAW Local 499, and Chairman of the Recreation Committee, and was a former Boy Scout Leader. Larry loved to cook, and spend time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include, a son Andrew Cummins, (wife-Wendy), Muncie; two daughters, Amanda Vollmar, (husband-Jason), Muncie and Anna Young, (husband-Jay), his father, Perry Cummins, (wife-Carolyn (Brannon)), Muncie; a brother Brian Cummins, (wife-Amanda), Florida; a sister Cheri Willis, (husband-Ron),Yorktown; nine grandchildren, Allyson, Katilynn, Danielle, Lindsey, Haley, Dayton, Miranda, Kiley, and Miley; several step brothers and sisters and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, and a daughter, April Christina Cummins.
