Larry Wayne Cox
Larry Wayne Cox of Greensboro, Georgia, formerly of Snellville, GA, died Wednesday, February 12, 2014 at St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital in Greensboro, at the age of 64. Born in Atlanta, GA on June 15, 1949, Larry was the son of the late Walter Lee Cox, Jr. and Mary Rebecca Taylor Cox. He graduated from Avondale High School and attended DeKalb Technical College. He proudly served his country in the United States Army. On March 15, 1985 he married the former Arlene Diane Hambrick.
In addition to his wife of nearly twenty-nine years, Arlene Diane Hambrick Cox of Greensboro, GA, he is survived by a sister, Sherryl Cox of Decatur, GA; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Terry and Betty Hambrick; a number of other relatives and many friends.
