Mr. Larry T. “Rabbit” Sheppard, age 67, of Roanoke passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2016 at the West Georgia Hospice House in LaGrange, Georgia.
Mr. Sheppard was born in Roanoke, Alabama on April 14, 1944 to the late Willie Nathan Sheppard and Lula Mae Edmondson Sheppard.
He is survived by his daughter, Charity (Chris) Sanders, Lanett; siblings, Dudley (Vernette) Smith, Roanoke, Syble (Jim) Flakes, Box Springs, GA., Paul (Kathy) Sheppard, Lanett, Charles Sheppard, Roanoke, Nathan Sheppard, Box Springs, GA.; 2 grandchildren, Clayton Sanders and Chase Sanders, both of Lanett.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Sheppard; sister, Joann Cantrell; brother, Mike Sheppard.
Mr. Sheppard was a lover of music. He enjoy writing, playing, and singing his music.
