Larry M. King, 69, of Las Vegas, NV formerly of Raleigh, NC passed away on Monday March 20, 2023. He was born in Wake County son of the late Lizzie Dent King and John L. King.
Larry had worked as an Automobile Mechanic for years having worked at Poole’s Garage in Knightdale and also at Jimmy’s Auto. After working on cars and turning wrenches for many years his hands developed Arthritis so he started driving an 18 wheeler. He did this for over twenty years and right up to the time of his death. He enjoyed being on the road and making the long hauls from state to state.
He was one that would go out of his way to help anyone that was in need. When in conversation with him he was always loud and he was always laughing.
