Larry Lukus, 64, of Flagstaff passed away on December 9, 2011. He was born December 18, 1946, in Flagstaff to Ray and Dixie Jo Cockrell Lukus.
Larry was a graduate of Flagstaff High School and was proud to have served in the U.S. Navy. After his military service, he returned to Flagstaff. He was a former employee of Walgreens working as a clerk and then Security at the distribution center. He was also the bookkeeper for General Automotive for his dad. Larry was a lifetime member of the American Legion and belonged to the 40 & 8 La Societe des Quarante Hommes et Huit Chevaux.
Both Ray and Dixie preceded him in death as well as his brother Alfred Lukus.
He is survived by his daughters Shannon Olson (Jason) of Denton, Texas, and Kim Rogers (Jeff), sister Doris VanArsdale of Kingman, 6 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
