Larry Lester Anderson, 74, of Jacksonville, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Jacksonville Skilled Nursing & Rehab.
He was born Nov. 9, 1937, in Eldred, the son of Emert and Gladys Rider Anderson.
He is survived by a brother, Andy and his wife Ann Anderson of Seldovia, Alaska; and many nieces, nephews and cousins, including Jim and his wife Kathy Rider of Jacksonville, who cared for Larry for several years.
Mr. Anderson worked at a chrome plating factory in New Jersey for over 20 years. He enjoyed word search puzzles, riding his bike, and reading the Alaska Magazine. Larry was very kind, loved animals, and would do anything for you.
