Larry Lee Gullett, 64, of Anderson, passed away on September 22, 2012 at Community Hospital following an honorable fight with cancer.
He was born on March 5, 1948 in Rhode Island and resided most of his life in Anderson. Larry served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War in Korea. He retired after 37 years of service as an AT & T Repairman. He was a past Commander of the VFW Post #266, member of the Anderson 40/8 and Chesterfield American Legion #408.
Larry is survived by his children: Angela Dawn boyfriend, Jean-Luc Cattet Merchiers of Speedway, IN, Chad Gullett of Anderson, IN, step-daughter, Jamie Todd Smith of Anderson, mother: Patricia Strong Gullett, siblings: Sherry Tom Weaver, Julia Charlie Eltzroth and David Peggy Gullett. Also surviving are eight granchildren: Kyle Canatsey, Alexandre & Chloe Merchiers, Raven Gullett, Ryme Gullett and Korey, Zoey and Ayden Smith as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan Gullett who passed away in February, father, Woodford Gullett and brother, Doug Gullett.
