Larry Karl Hume, 77, a lifelong resident of Sheridan, passed away on March 10, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Larry was born on April 02, 1942 to the late Ivan Coble Hume and Gladys A. (Robey) Hume in Lebanon, Indiana. Larry was a graduate of Sheridan High School’s Class of 1960. Larry traveled out to California for a short stay after graduation, and upon return to Indiana joined the US Army, serving 1961-1964. After serving, he returned home to Sheridan IN, where he met and married Lynn Purdy. They were married on March 20, 1966 and had been at each other’s side for 53 years. Lynn preceded him in death, September 28, 2019.
