TAYLOR, Michigan – Larry Gene Adams, 69, passed away peacefully on February 14, 2007 at his residence after a short bout with cancer. He was born in Whirlwind, West Virginia , and had lived in Taylor , Michigan for over 25 years. Larry Gene was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Garnet Adams; brother Billy Adams; two sisters JoAnn Frye and Irene Click. Mr. Adams served two terms in the U.S. Army and was a retired skill tradesman from Daimler Chrysler. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman who also enjoyed bluegrass music, gardening, and spending time with his family. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Suedie Adams of Taylor, MI; two sons, Larry Adams II of Taylor, Mi, Jason Adams & his wife Lori of Garden City, Mi; two daughters Darlene Hernandez & husband Joseph of Napoleon, Mi, and Charlene Zdunczyk of Dearborn Heights, Mi. Larry Gene had four grandchildren, Rachel Salinas & her husband John of Dearborn, Mi, Heather & Ashley Hernandez of Napoleon, Mi; Christine Shaeffer & Husband Joshua of Lincoln Park, Mi; 2 great-grandchildren Jayden & Kiaira Shaeffer; two brothers Mitchell and Lucian Adams, five sisters Geraldine Dempsey, Gail Moore, Peggy Morris, Loretta Wolfe, and Mary Lynn Bazilla.
