He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd Thomas and Julia Viola Bennett. He is survived by his sons, Cyrus and Hayley Bennett of Calhoun, Zachariah Bennett of Cohutta; daughters, Brandy and Zach Byers of Dalton, Milika and JP White of Calhoun; sister, Deborah Allen of Rossville; grandchildren, Cody Green, Emma Bennett, Beau Bennett, Ansley Byers and Brandi Byers; special cousin Renee Moneta of Cohutta; niece and nephew, Candice Hedden and Erik Moore.
