Larry F. “Frank” Goode, 69, of Lapel, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2012. He was born December 9, 1942 to the late Henry and Bonnie (Miller) Goode in Oaklandon. He was a member of the Army National Guard; Fortville American Legion Post 391; and Lapel Lodge No. 625, F. & A.M.
Larry is survived by his wife Rita (Powell) Goode; children: Donna (Jim) Needham of Anderson; Teresa Hadley of Westfield; Paul Dover of Ingalls; Christina Dover of Fortville; and Eric (companion Amy Kempers) of Fortville; grandchildren: Ryan Needham; Stephanie Hadley; Stewart Hadley; Braden Dixon; Dallas Addison; Haylea Addison; Christian Partlow; Mackenzie Dover; and Tyler Dover; great-grandchildren Ava and Cooper Needham; brothers: Ronnie Goode of Indianapolis; Jerry Goode of Fortville; Mike (Darlene) Goode of Cabot, AR; and Steve Goode of Poland. He was preceded in death by brothers Joe and Robert Goode; and his first wife Barbara.
